I had ran approximately 10 full marathons before I started training with Brad. I felt that I was capable of more but knew I needed the guidance to train intelligently to avoid injury and reach my goals.

Before working with Brad, I thought the only way to improve my marathon times was to run further. I was not allowing enough recovery time and was routinely dealing with annoying injuries.

My goal was to run a sub 3:00 marathon so I could qualify for Boston. I did that in the very first race I ran after I started working with Brad!

I know I am capable of more than I ever thought. Knowing you have a supporter pushing you and encouraging you is a huge benefit.

While training for my first Boston Marathon in 2022 I started to get a case of Achilles Tendonitis. Brad adjusted my training schedule as needed for recovery and with physical therapy and the training modifications, I was able to heal up and still run a successful race! Definitely a bucket list item to cross the finish line of the Boston Marathon. And now I am fortunate enough to have done it twice!
