How do I sign up for 1:1 coaching program?

In the form above, select ‘HERO Premium, HERO Basic, or Team HERO’ as well as ‘1:1 Triathlon Coaching or 1:1 Running Coaching.’ Then select “SEND IT!” Once you submit the form a coach will reach out for an onboarding assessment.

Can I switch between different coaching programs?

Absolutely. If your goals or needs change, you can switch between our running and triathlon programs. Just let your coach know, and they’ll assist with the transition.

Do I need to commit to a long-term contract for coaching?

No. Our HERO programs are billed monthly, and you are not bound by a long-term contract. You have the flexibility to stop your coaching program with a 30-day notice.

How are payments handled for the coaching membership?

Invoices are sent monthly. Payments are made through our secure online payment system that hosts numerous payment methods.
